Established businesses confirmed by the Secretary of State over 2 years must have any and all Personal Guarantors with 600 or above FICO

Sole Proprietors must prove last two years of Taxes
Established businesses over 5 years in business, the Personal Guarantors FICO is not a stringent requirement, if there is past public pay history

“Start-up” Businesses must have any and all Personal Guarantors have with a minimum of 650 FICO…with Qualifying up to $50K with “A” Credit or $35K without “A” credit

Start-Up Businesses exceptions sometimes will occur with co-signors, low trade lines (usually 5 minimum) and Collections … rare approvals on bankruptcies.)
